Proper air filter prep on the PW50 is the first step in performance

This photo is showing alignment pin hole on right side too close to edge allowing dirt to get past filter element, needs stretched over and new hole pushed through. 

Grease alignment pins to prevent dirt passing through

Air box groove greased with super lube before filter is sprayed with MPPL and installed

After spraying filter  wring out a little with a paper towel

How To Check Squish

PRO FLO 1/8 TURN THROTTLE TUBE INSTALLATION:

Clean handlebar from dirt and sand any scratches so bar has a smooth finish

Do not grease handle bar as it will attract dirt and cause wear and possibly stuck throttle

Put small dab of grease on cable end before placing in throttle tube

Adjust free play of cable at throttle housing
