Pro Flo PW50's will run with the best modified ones and pass a AMA tear down

Our bikes are as efficent as possible allowing use of available power

Complete dissemble of motor


Main bearing journals are checked for proper interference fit


Crankshaft is trued to .0005 or better and install with new highest quality AMA legal bearings and seals


Mainshaft and output shaft bearings are replaced with highest quality AMA legal replacements

Clutch is inspected and reassemble with new matched OEM springs

New OEM cylinder (NOT CHAMFERED)

New OEM piston installed with new bearing


Carb is cleaned and rejetted for our filter element and race fuel

Oil pump can be adjusted for premix if desired yet still produce enough oil to be legal 

If any parts are worn such as crank than there would be a additional charge
