Complete dissemble of motor
Cases are vapor honed for clean fresh look that stays clean longer
New water pump gear and seal
Main bearing journals are checked for proper interference fit
Crankshaft is trued to .0005 or better and install with new highest quality AMA legal bearings and seal
Mainshaft and output shaft bearings are replaced with highest quality AMA legal replacements
Clutch is inspected and reassemble with new OEM springs including conical washers behind drive plate
Fresh replated OEM cylinder
New Vertex piston installed with new bearing
Carb is cleaned and rejetted to our specs for race fuel
Stator is tested
If any parts are worn such as crank, transmission shafts or clutch parts than there would be a additional charge
